The staff is really nice, there is a card to floor system so random people aren’t on your floor, they have amenities that you can grab in case you forgot things like a toothbrush or a razor, the check in and check out is very easy and they are staffed by actual people there. I also thought the location was pretty nice, they have a train station across the street and down the street. It’s pretty close to the city center and they have a money exchange inside the hotel with a Lawsons next door. I brought my switch and the TV was a good size, especially to play Mario kart with my husband after a long day exploring.

The location was perfect. It's close to the bus station as well as a train line. There's a convenience store right next door. But there is also a supermarket close by. The beds are super comfortable and there wasn't any noise at night/morning.

I like the location which is right in front of the station entrance. Convenience stores and restaurant close by in case you wanted to grab something on the way. Place is clean and my family loved the public bath too.
Breakfast included is worth it before your tourist activities, smaller rooms but comfortable and clean. Good location and value for money if you are ready for a bit of travel for the different activities, but not in what you feel is the center of Kyoto.

Location was really good, bus stop and metro station just 1 minute away or if you keep walking straight on east you will end up at Nishiki market and further on, in Gion. The room was clean and comfy too.

Room was clean and staff were nice. Washing machine has built in detergent. The dryer took a long time to dry clothes though.
Clean and easy to reach
The breakfast is not really suited to Europeans (I never had any option I could eat in the morning). They do not send luggage with the forwarding service that most hotels use. They won’t be able to correctly direct you to a convenience store that does. On a stormy morning, they sent us to the wrong 7-Eleven, which was quite annoying in the pouring rain.
On the main road, close to dairy. Staff is helpful. The coffee machine is free to use it and the taste is good. Ice machine is great for hot days. There are 2 washing machines and dryers and the price are very reasonable.
The room wall was dirty. After I told the receptionist, the cleaner cleaned it the next day. Breakfast was almost the same for the 3 mornings. It would also be nice if the hotel has a luggage forwarding service although 7/11 or Family mart can also do it and are not far.
The property is very clean it has a small onsen, laundry section and it is located in a less crowded and more local are which is quiet and safe and all of this opposite the subway entry which is extremely convenient.Breakfast was included in the price
The breakfast hours are from 7-9:30 around 8:30 it becomes extremely crowded and you might even have to que for breakfast, this could be solved by extending a bit the time of breakfast.I ate with plastic cutlery one day due to the amount of people on the restaurant as there was only one person on the restaurant and although she was amazing she needed help.

Trash, as the cleaning is every 4th day and there is no trashbin in the hotel your room will be full of trash after 4 days. That was not very good.The breakfast was quite bad, the choice was small and weird and the space was terribly packed and badly organized.
Everything was clean and well kept, staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was a very convenient location.
